1. Who is responsible for the collection of your data

Be aware that we are only the data controller for the processing of personal data for our own purposes, such as the processing of personal data of our (potential) customers in relation to sales, service delivery, invoicing, customer relationship management and direct marketing.

2. What information do we collect about you

3. For what purposes do we process the data?

We process your personal data because we want to offer you, as a BergHOFF product enthusiast, the best-personalised experience in visiting our website and purchasing our products.

Our aim is to provide you with the best possible services. 5. How long will we keep your data?

We only process your personal information as long as necessary for the above mentioned purposes. We keep a record of your data as long as your account is active, or as long as the recording of your personal data is necessary to offer you the aforementioned personal services. We will delete your personal data as soon as this data is no longer required for the aforementioned purposes. The deletion is comparable to deleting files on your computer using the ‘trash bin’, allowing us to recover the data to a certain extent for some time. 6. Do we share your information?

As said, we, at BergHOFF, care about your privacy. That is why we like to assure you that we process your personal data for internal use only. 7. My rights as a data subject?

Each BergHOFF product lover can be assured that the personal data he or she provided to us will be processed in a fair and lawful manner. Moreover, we ensure that the personal data are always adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
